The Parish Magazine appears once a month and is sold in Saint Nicolas' Church or at Saint Nicolas' Place on The Green for £1. If you don't want to collect it in person, we can send your magazine to you. If you live in the parish, you can also ask to have it delivered by hand. For readers who live further away, a 12 month postal subscription costs £20 (£1.67 per copy).
The Magazine serves both the church and the wider community. It combines a broad range of articles, many of them written by local people, about life in this corner of Birmingham, past and present. Since February 2017, our detailed, monthly "What's On" guide for Kings Norton has offered a wealth of information about local clubs, societies and activities and continues to grow. David Ash, the editor is always on the look-out for new talent: if you would like to contribute to a future edition, please contact him via the Parish Office.
We want you to go on buying the printed magazine, so we don't make it available here until two months after it is published. The links on the right will enable you to explore all our recent issues.
Editions from February 2014 onwards take the form of the whole magazine in PDF format, including colour photographs and advertisements. You can view them in your browser or download them to your computer, tablet or phone. We regret that, for technical reasons, we cannot make earlier editions available in this way.
Many local businesses advertise in the Parish Magazine. If your business would like to join them, you can find current rates here. Contact the Editor for further information.
